Where's my order?

Thank you for ordering from my shop and directly supporting my work!

Once your order is completed by emailing me, you should receive:
1) An email notification after checkout with a order number and receipt
2) An email notification at the time of shipping with a tracking number

My packaging and shipping times are currently set for 2-3 weeks from the time of checkout.

I know that seems like a long time, and I’m sorry for any inconvenience, but hey, it’s just me over here. :)

Can I return an item?

At Kawaii Kreations, I take pride in offering personalized gifts that are hand-made with care. I want my customers to be satisfied with their purchases, which is why I offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please let me know and I will do everything I can to make it right.

Can I use your work?

All designs and products created by Kawaii Kreations are my intellectual property and may not be reproduced or resold without my permission. But feel free to share my work on socials with proper credit :)
